You can't send a virus to just "any" mobile. Viruses infect only some kind of mobile devices. For instance, a virus for Symbian phones won't infect phones running PalmOS or Windows Mobile. There are mobile phones for which no viruses exist (or are possible), too.

Other than that, you don't need to do anything special in order to send a virus. The viruses are perfectly capable of sending themselves - that's why they are viruses.
