brokenspirits.com
Here is their description of their website:
We are an online community and support group that focuses on aiding both current and past victims of child abuse, sexual abuse, and domestic violence. The Broken Spirits Network provides a comprehensive International Directory of shelters, hotlines and organizations that can provide help for potential victims. In addition to the national abuse resource listing is a comprehensive discussion forum where users can create their own virtual identity within complete confidentiality. This allows people to discuss the happenings of their life without letting others know who they really are. Another point of interest is the information section of the site where you can find a reference of common symptoms of abuse and also find methods to prevent becoming a victim. With the help of the media, abuse related organizations, and the friends & families of victims, the Broken Spirits Network hopes to provide essential attention to victims in need.
I have not been abused, but used an online support group after my father died and found it very comforting. It can help to know you're not alone.
You are a strong wonderful woman! I hope you find the peace you need.

I know your question is for females only so I apologize but as a guy I went through what you did and suffered/suffer because of it.
Above is a link to about.com. I too was abused sexually by my brother and kept it to myself for over 20 years. It affects me to this day including a suicide attempt and suicidal thoughts. I finally broke that silence and though it has caused a rift between my brother and myself, I recieved a lot of support from my family. I don't discuss it outside of family as of yet but hope to be able to some day. About.com has links to sites that can help and message boards where you can post your story for support. As with any message board don't give personal info as there are always people who will take advantage. I hope this helps.

I dont personally know any sites, but I do know of a self harm website where I'm sure there are LOTS of people who you can talk to who have experienced sexual abuse - it is quite possibly the most supportive site on the internet
www.recoveryourlife.com

Look on the internet for counsellors in your area. They can keep this confidential.
