Provide people are sent over to teach then how to use the contraceptives. i read an article before that say most of the people in under developed countries dont even known what contraceptives are for. Some of them even thought that the condom is meant to wear at the finger...lol

I am afraid it would be a waste of time, the cultural mindset is to have lots of children, the South African government has been trying for years to educate people about the advantages of smaller families, but this is viewed with suspicion by the less well educated masses.

It is slowly having a positive impact on the youth, but they all already have lots of siblings, and even with the youth the message is still not getting through as many of them continue to have unprotected sex despite the huge education campaigns around HIV/AIDS.

i think your question is a bit ignorant. the mindset of certain cultures i.e. your 'starving countries' is predisposed towards large families. they see this as a survival tactic in the means of educating a few of them enough to be able to support the entire family, and have a better quality of life. the same way that girls are not educated to the same level as boys in certain countries =\.

also what you do not see is the fact that we do have enough food to feed them - enough to feed four times the worlds population but its just not getting to the right places. we need to address this first before worrying about whether they have too many kids.

also in this country as well as many other 'welfare states', there are lots of people on benefits who the rest of the country feeds and clothes etc. are you saying we should stop them reproducing. like cats or dogs. you seem very elitist and in effect 'neutering' all the people in developing countries would make the entire population die out in under 70 years. this is a form of Nazism and elitism which most decent people do not agree with

so in answer to your question. no. we should give them what they need.

Implanon would be a better choice. Its a 3 year 99% effective birth control device which is implanted under the skin. Until they legalize chemical sterilization this may be are only hope at defeating poverty.

I think we should send them in addition to money for food. However, the Bush administration will not fund birth control distribution/education if the agencies doing so even mention abortion as an option.

Maybe we should start with them over here first. Anyone who is on Government benefits should be sterilised or be given a vasectomy. Then take away the children they already have, beacuse the parents can't afford to bring them up on their own without Government help.
Then pay their benefits in Tokens that can only be exchanged for food or clothes and make them go out and EARN their benefit tokens. This is how NAZI Germany started.

people need to start helping a bit more .. if i had money to help i would .. theres so many millonares/ billonairs that give donations of nothing compared to what they actually could give .. they dont exactly need the money they aint gunna use it .
