Why i ask this because present days peoples selling their votes
& getting money at election time.Who gave high amount they get votes is it wright?

POLITICS IN THESE DAYS IS GAME OF MONEY. FOR ELECTION OF MLA ONE WOULD HAVE TO SPEND ABOUT ONE CRORE RUPEES. IN THESE DAYS OUR POLITICALLY PARTIES ARE SELLING THEIR TICKETS. PEOPLE WHO HAVE HUGE MONEY BUY THEIR TICKETS AFTER PAYING HUGE AMOUNT.

Rich people have time and money to purchase vote where as poor people as a vote which can be sold and earn a money from that.

Elections where in India? Cast systems don't exist in America even though there is a hierarchy they follow it is not a cast system? so if you are talking about India I haven't the foggiest?
