I drink plenty of water… but still feel dehydrated. Is this a serious situation—I mean to feel dehydrated all the time? What should I do?

Have your blood checked to see what your electrolyte balance is.

Go to the ER, dehydration is nothing to mess with. Have you had any lab work done recently? This could be the first signs of diabetes, but you will only know if you go to the ER/PCP.

If you find that you are peeing a lot and are constantly thirsty, then that may be a sign of diabetes. if you are just feeling dehydrated but not peeing a lot, then i'm not sure what that could be
