My grandson lives in Northern Minnesota and he said the initial investment was high but, the outcome is great and should pay for itself in time. He had his air and heat off all summer, the geo did all the work, it seemed like it was always 65 above in his home without help.

We have no MINUSES. It is the primary heating for our 10sq ft shop and 2000 sq ft office. The secondary heat has never kicked on. It is 10000000000000% worth the investment. Best move we have ever made.

Revolutionary, that's why Americans don't get it. If you have the initial cost covered, it's a no-brainer, but be sure your contractor is certified and ask for references.
