First, find the LCD-least common denominator; which is s^2.

Factoring 2, you get a final answer of 2(2s+3)/s^2.

Your answer just needs Parentheses to be clearer and factoring 2 out. Parentheses are very important in Math. Use it liberally. It is not going to hurt. Your teacher will also appreciate it because your answers will be easier to correct.
