I once read somewhere that there were meanings to the color of clothes that you wear on valentine's day. I don't remember the specifics, but if you wore a certain color it meant you had a date, if you wore another color it meant you were looking for a date, etc...

Just some ideas... You might want to check out the websites I listed.

Light red: represents joy, sexuality, passion, sensitivity, and love.
Pink: signifies romance, love, and friendship. It denotes feminine qualities and passiveness.
Dark red: is associated with vigor, willpower, rage, anger, leadership, courage, longing, malice, and wrath.
Light purple: evokes romantic and nostalgic feelings.
Dark purple: evokes gloom and sad feelings. It can cause frustration.
White: Is associated with light, goodness, innocence, purity, and virginity. It is considered to be the color of perfection.

I don't know the colors or know anyone else who does so I would say it does not matter.

If you wear a color for a meaning no one else will know that it is supposed to have that meaning. Also if you try to read other people that way it won't work because they did not put that color on for the meaning.
