Don't you have caller ID? When the phone rings that late I always think somebody died.
If it isn't a wrong number its really bad news. Or a drunk friend who just now decided he wants to keep in touch.

It depends on what they are calling for and if it is really important. If a person calls at 2:00 it is either really important, an emergency, or a booty call.
