Most laptop computers has a wireless lan card, if you want to install a wireless internet just go to your nearest internet provider. Wi-fi connection for wireless internet will be installed at your home. Cafe bar and Internet cafe has now wireless internet connection so you can surf at the internet for free by using your laptop.

Well, if you bought it from a store, it should already have the wireless installed on it.
You should only have to go to wireless settings on your control panel or click on the little thing with 3 green bars in the system tray and follow the prompts.

You don't install it. It either has it or it doesn't. Find out before you buy.
