I went to Memphis to see Graceland. I was shocked at how crappy and runned down the neighboorhood looked around Graceland. Graceland itself is beautiful but not even a half block from the Graceland Attraction the area is the slums. I felt like I was in the Hood. Does anyone know what the area was like when Elvis bought it and lived in it?
