I am having some difficulty with my bills and I can not find any names on the main web page. Maybe you work for Amex or you know somebody who may.
I would greatly apreciate it. Perhaps compensation is in hand.

I honestly doubt that you would ever get to speak to the director even if you had a number (he or she has staff to screen calls, and likely does not deal with customers directly) and it is unlikely that it would do you any better than just calling the customer service number and explaining your situation to the customer service staff - they should be able to help you, or explain your options. If you are unhappy with the service you get, you can ask to speak to their manager, and work your way up the chain of command that way.
