How Come the online game There will not work on my pc?

i log in and the screen turns black for like a half an hour then a picture of a mountain comes then it just stays like that! (my pc passes all requriments) plz help!

Before you upgrade your video card, try downloading and installing the latest driver for the card you do have. Lots of video card issues are fixed by updating drivers.

when i started playing my pc game my computer did the same thing and i found out i needed to upgrade my graphics card.
