Possesion of marijuanna and sodomy (b/w two consenting adults of course). These aren't things that I do, but it is silly to make a crime out of such innocous things. Seriously people, pot isn't near as bad for you and the people around you as alcohol.

EDIT: Yes, I agree with Tumbleweed...voluntary euthanasia should also be legalized...I can't believe I left that out, that is one of my favorite issues, geez.

I would say about 95%of the laws we have now are not constitutional nor necessary, it only leads to confusion, and then the laws should be written so they would not be ambiguous as now many laws are interpreted different in different jurisdictions, that is absurd, lt should be written in a definite manner, all of our federal laws should be banned and only the laws our constitution gives to the gov, should be upheld, and that is only three things in our constitution. 1 espionage, 2 counterfeiting, 3 interstate commerce, and they should not be allowed to give them selves jurisdiction under false pretense, as they have did in the drug laws , prostitution ,to many to list, we need our country back and our constitution,

All drug crimes.

It's punishing a lifestyle choice. As the pro-choice activists say, "get your laws off my body."

Sodomy is already legal. The Supreme Court said so in Lawrence v. Texas.

Euthanasia.
If you are terminal and suffering in constant pain and don't want to burden your family with the ongoing expensive health care to keep you alive, then you should be allowed to hire a "death doctor" to humanely end your life/suffering.

Drugs and prostitution, for starters.

Why? Because prohibition forces these activities underground where there is no quality-control, keeps prices high, and allows dirtbags to profit.
