It's okay sweetie! Both are very normal. The red spots on her face are called baby acne. DO NOT try to pop these. These will go away on their own but it takes time. Both my daughters had baby acne. My daughter had it so bad that her entire face was red. My daughters daughter recommended hydrocortisone cream to help with her itching it and the inflammation. Ask your baby's doctor first because every case is different. Also, it can spread down her neck back and stomach. Keep these areas as dry as possible. If she spits up on her clothes change them as soon as possible. This will help prevent more spots. My daughters doctor also recommended that I not use any lotions or oils on her skin for the first 6 months to help prevent further outbreaks. Everything will be fine, just remember that it will take some time for these spots to go away.

There could be a few reasons for the red spots. If you could describe them a little better. I believe that you are breastfeeding. She might have an allergy to something you ate or continuing to eat. Most common allergens are citrus fruits, dairy and eggs. she could also get the spots from being too hot. Check to see if there are any of the same spots on the rest of her body. If the sports are popping out she might have baby acne there is nothing that you should do about them.
For breastfed babies as well as for formula fed babies the poop can change colors and it is quite normal. If you are breastfeeding the poop can change depending on what you ate. If it is something colorful or strong in taste the poop will change. Just look to see that she is not pooping solid poop (like adults) that is a sign of problems. My little girl was pooping diarrhea like since she was 10 weeks, I thought that she had diarrhea and changed two doctors because none of them could do anything. Until one of the doctors asked for a sample, tested it and it turned out to be that that’ s the way she poops and is completely normal. Babies are different, you eat different things and sometimes the poop is different too.

My children had the same thing and my grandmother told me to get Big Red Soda and cut it down with water and give alittle at a time.Don't worry about her age my two kids were about the same age and it worked fine.Yes some baby's do get acne but that's not what it was it was something like hives but i had to be sure they all came out because if not they will come back. When are if you give the soda make sure the baby is warm so they can come out,do not pick at them leave them alone.Wash the baby's face a few times a day.I do believe this will work for u it worked for me Good Luck and enjoy your baby

The red spots on her face is most likely infant acne. You shouldn't use and lotions on her face, but you should keep her face clean. If she has red spot in the creases of her elbows or knees or on her stomach she could have ezcema. When my daughter was about that age the doctor kept telling me it was infant acne and it would go away by my dughter had a bad case of ezcema. I would get a second opinion just in case. As far as her bowel movements it depends on wheather she's breast feed or bottle feed.

the red spots could also be from sensitive skin. my little one had red spots and i thought it was acne but the doc confirmed it was just irritated b/c she has sensitive skin. try changing to dreft detergent or tide free...worth a try and it can't hurt.
