we all know paris hilton is crazy. I knew a girl in HS named paris, and she was crazy too, and in much the same way. I also worked with a girl at target named paris, and she too was certifiably crazy. all were pretty, drug and alcohol users, and sluts. are people named paris.....?

Possibly, because no one should name their child after a city. But I know a girl name Paris and she is smart and sane. So, it depends on the person.

Maybe they feel they have to be crazy and different. My nephew's middle name is Paris and he's really NOT crazy. He's a sweet boy. but he is only 8.......you never know.
