I've been saving my pennies for a number of months and finally have enough to buy a new iRiver S10 Mp3 Player

Is the sound quality really that good? Im gonna be listening to my iRivier a lot and want my music to sound excellent.

i have owned 3 irivers so far I like that brand perfect quality you will get your moneys worth trust me. BOYCOTT IPOD

from my own research and personal opinion id say irivers and cowons have the best sound quality. my brother has owned 2 irivers and i own a cowon and a couple o creatives before. on top of that iv tried ipods and sonys and i wouldn say the others suck but the irivers and cowons definately are best. creatives dont last. sonys and ipod are just style and nothing great but most people know that and dont mind. if like you said you're after sound quality then the iriver will be fine :)

Sound Quality will depend on a lot on the format your MP3 is, however please see Sony MP3 players also as it has a noise cancellation system in built into it, and sound really great mainly cuz of it's headphones. If you want Loudness and easy to use features also checkout ipod shuffle as it costs less than iRiver for same features and storage capacity but better looks
