i have some questions regarding this
1 - whats the ideal time and frequency?
2 - is it related to urination?
3 - my hands pain much, is it normal?
4 - after masturbating, is it necessary to eat and have rest?

1-Whenever you feel the need, or are aroused.
2-Sometimes after you masturbate you will feel the need to urinate.
3-Try using lubricant if you're not. If you're having pain in your hands, try switching hands ever so often.
4-Sometimes after you masturbate you may get hungry, or drowsy. Whatever you feel like doing afterward do it.

Cool Guy, There is no good time - this is abuse of the body. It's a thing adults do w/ marrag. U can't P then but after may need 2 & do 2 clean P. Musturbators need rest, from energetic work-out!

Genius this isn't PBS or tips 4 the masturbating bear. Seriously after expending all that energy many need 2 pee & lots of rest.
