It sounds like you already are in Seattle. If so, you have probably noticed that taxi companies there do indeed use vans.
If you are staying at the hotel just go to the front desk or concierge, tell them that you would need a ride to Seattle Airport and explain your situation. They will be willing to answer all of your questions about possible ways of getting to the airport, as well as about the pricing and types of transportation's they have available. And they will also book a taxi for you if you would ask them to do that.
