Well i had unprotected sex a few times around time of ovulation. and the past week i have been experiencing headaches and period like cramps but no period, i am extreamly tired and still have faint cramps, as well as back ache,i just dont feel right. could i be pregnant?

my guess would be yes. first sighns of pregnancy are tender or swolen breasts, headaches, back pains, darkening of your nipples, fatigue, and sometimes at this point nausea so take a home pregnancy test in about a week if you havnt started your period yet :)

A pregnancy test picks up the pregnancy hormone which accumulates in the body. It takes at least 2 weeks for the most sophisticated tests to pick up this trace amount of hormone.
Wait 5 days after missed period and then take a test.
If negative and still no period after 1 week later then take another. It could be that you are and the 1st one missed it as the test needed more of the hormone in you body to detect it.
I have work as a nurse and had 5 kids. I do know this!

YES! Any time you engage in unprotected sex you can get pregnant. The symptoms you described are certainly symptoms of early pregnancy, and you should take a pregnancy test as soon as possible for confirmation. If it is negative, continue to take it weekly until you get your period to be sure (occasionally you can get false negatives if it's too early in the pregnancy or if it's a faulty test). You could be feeling all those symptoms because your scared of being pregnant. Wait two weeks and if you don't get your period take a pregnancy test.

Yep, you are pregnant. Time to get married. Courthouse for a marriage license, $50 and to the Justice of the Peace for a marriage certificate. Easy and your child will really appreciate you and your boyfriend thinking of him/her first now you are going to be responsible parents. As a matter of fact, take your parents and his along to the courthouse as witnesses.

Sounds like you could be pregnant, the only way to know is to take a pregnancy test.

Of course you can be pregnant. Even a female on the pill can get pregnant. Even a woman after so many months of menapouse can get pregnant. Any female who is sexually active and has already started her period can be pregnant.
