USB Drive broken. Files gone for good?

Nothing comes up when I open F:. When I scan it or perform backup, several files names FileXXXX.chk are visible in a Found.000 folder that I can't access. Any tools out there to restore data? Maybe the directory info got deleted...

Those file are created when you run Scandisk or Chkdsk
