How do you unwind when your beat?

i kick my shoes off, slip into pjs, heat up some hot coco and get a yummy snack, and then I lounge on the couch with my favorite show of the moment.

I make a pot of really good tea like Gypsy White Cantaloupe, put on yoga pants and top, get under about 3 blankets. Getting warm is the quickest way for me to unwind and relax. You may want to heat a few towels in the dryer and wrap them around your feet after you put some lotion on them. Relax and take it easy.

put my jack johnson or nora jones cd and chiiiiiill on the couch with the remote in my hand... and then after the kids are in bed, i hit my secret stash of chocolate and carmelly candy and mac til i pass out in front of the tv. all by 8pm! whoooweee
