If Eric Gagne is healthy I think they have. I liked the signings of Kenny Lofton and Frank Catalanotto. I also like the trade that brought in Brandon McCarthy. Also Gerald Laird is going to be really good behind the plate.

No, unfortunately still not enough starting pitching. I liked bringing in McCarthy a lot and Millwood is a solid #2 or #3, but there's just not that much after that. Teams are not going to shake in their boots when they hear Padilla or Tejeda are coming to the mound. The bullpen has improved, but it's still subpar compared to the A's or Angels.

The Rangers will hands down be the best hitting team in the division, but I still think that's only good enough for 2nd or 3rd place. If only they hadn't traded away Chris Young to the Padres... (though man, did he help my fantasy team last year)

Sadly enough, nope. We're still gonna have the same pitching problems as before. I see a repeat of last year. We'll be a .500 team.

No, they're still about 4 good starters short. It's gonna be the A's.

Not just pitching but their offense isn't that good either. After losing Lee, there's no one to protect Texeira. Blalock isn't the answer.
