i am going to cook my man a gourmet dinner for valentines day... any men or women out there have any suggestions.. i want it to be very special

save yourself a big problem and go with steak and potatoes and wine instead of beer...and you'll get a better reaction then a gourmet dinner.

I personally like to start out with a light salad then tasty baked halibut but thats me. If my wife just made me a peanut butter sandwich for Valentines Day, it would be still special for me 'cause I know she loves me and made it with TLC.
