Am I the only one who thinks it is incredibly stupid for people to use the word "the"?

Hellhole..... if you say it enough times it does sound stupid but I use it alot when my kids mess up my house for example..... this place looks like a hellhole.
Never seen a lame TV show that uses it though.

Well, thats been around way before any lame tv show. So either you are incredibly stupid for thinking it or everyone else is stupid for using it.

Well, there are a lot of words that sound stupid like booger for instance. I don't know what sounds more gross, booger or mucus. Or, would someone say there is a discharge coming from your nasal passage that is dried up and has turned yellow?
