Well it requires a sophisticated knowledge of leadership. This type of thing requires being able to break down the barriers of class to a common cause and this will often require you to lie to people. There are three primary categories in the formation of any successful group: Ideological/Philosophical, Financial, and Force or Security. The ideological category is the one that ties the two other groups together and sees to it that the money falls to the right hands and they see to it that the security category does what they are set to do.
