I used to have that problem until not long ago. The best 3 solutions are to use Sally Hansen's Hard as Nails polish, eat a lot of protein and drink vitamin water a lot. It works.

Have you tried using a product like Sally Hansen's Hard as Nails? That may help.

Are you taking a multivitamin every day? Doing so is said to help nail and hair growth/health.

Good luck!

increase your calcium intake. have a lot of milk, yogurt and cheese. a good nail hardener/strengthener is gelatin. jus add half a cup of water in a teaspoon of gelatin and heat it on a low fire .. when its a little warm turn of the fire and let it cool for a while. then place the just the tips of your fingers in the solution for 5 mnts. do this regularly for naturally strong nails.
good luck

OK it will sound gross but it really works: with a clear nail polish chop some garlic into really small pieces and put them inside the nail polish.
it makes them really strong although it doesn't smell that good.

start going to the salon once a week. it's not that expensive and it is definatly worth it. i go every thursday, you derserve it and your hands will look good 24/7 and you don't have to do any work.

since i started getting weekly manicures (About 7 months ago) my nails have become a lotttt stronger and thicker. and they are always polished which protects them :)

i imagine in case you take advantage of a few glue it is going to easily damage off again because it wont be very sturdy. the most perfect area of so might want to be to document it down. Take zinc, its very sturdy for protecting your nails sturdy.

Take vitamins, keep them polished (even if it's clear polish), don't bite them or use them as tools. That should do it.
