I'm the devil!!! Meaning?... it exists!

The modern devil is an invention of the church, which combined Lucifer from the Old Testament and Pan into one supposedly evil creature. If you read the Bible, Lucifer was actually a friend to God. Lucifer, or Satan, lived in Heaven with God and they had a friendly wager about Job. It even says that God gave Satan, or Lucifer, dominion over the earth. Hell has actually existed only since the Jews. All prior religions believed that the afterlife was simply a place of the dead with neither rewards nor punishments. Pluto was a figure to be feared, but he was not the tormentor that the Christian and Muslim Satan is. Lucifer, by the way, means "Light Bringer" and Satan simply means "Adversary". So the Christian and Muslim devil is simply a light bringing adversary. Hmmmm. Go into the light? Hmmmm

This is a question where every answer is wrong.
If I say yes, and can prove it, then the proof is always considered a natural force of nature or society.
If I answer yes, but cannot produce evidence, I am dismissed as a fruit loopy.
If I say no, but am ignorant of the many "signs" of his work. I am going to...well, not heaven.
If I say no and show there to be great scientific anthropological proof of his creation by society throughout the ages, I become a person without faith.
With so much tilting in favor of beong wrong no matter what you say, He must exist. Only a being as he is described would make such an effoec of all life.

Let's address this statistically. If the "devil" indeed exists, then so does God and the Christian religion is substantiated and true. Therefore I will go to Heaven, as I am a believer. If the devil does NOT exist, then there is no God either, and no Heaven, and my fate is the same as the non-believers. However, my fate and the fate of the non-believer are way different if the devil does exist. And the non-believer will be meeting him soon.

Yes, the devil is real, and in the Bible it tells us that the devil is like a roaring lion. He only comes to kill, steal and destroy. He searches the earth looking for people that he can deceive, he has already deceived many and he is still deceiving more. Look at all the evil in the world. Yes, there is a satan!

I believe there's a lot of evil in people and we have to try to ban that evil.
Does the devil exist?Well, the devil is in many people.
The late girlfriend of my brother saw the devil here in Antwerp he was dressed with a black cape and his feed where like of a goat, he had the smell of solver.The same week someone tried to open her bedroom door (the door handle moved)without there was anyone and again there was a smell of solver.

Only to Christians. the term means a follower of SATAN originally.
when the Christians advanced the theory that there must be as many levels of Hell as there are of heaven . They needed to find beings to act as the rulers of these levels and made a royal mess of things by bring in deities from other religions and times and demoting others such as ST. Lucifer to just Lucifer.St Lucifer is awaiting the day of judgment along with the other angles that followed him in their own prison.

Yes Devils and satan does exist, in the darkest shades and in unoccupied places, waiting to catch hold of the living and draw them to evil. Yes we dont usually see them, cuz most of the times they are in disguise, but still there are hauntings and evil possessions day by day reported all over the world. You better ask the ones who have real experiences.

Of course he exists.... how else do you explain all the evil in the world.... it certainly is not from GOD! Do you not think the devil had a hand in the recent amish school murders? Or any think that just not have any sort of meaning.... it is of the devil.

Yeah.He's a person, and he shows up in a lot of people and speaks through them.Almost like the creepy Borg on Star Trek.Jesus wasn't kidding when He said "Guard your thoughts."
And neither was Buddha when he said "Right thoughts."
The fiend is a mind reader- he has to be, because he is not "all knowing."He seems to be always looking for information as well as trying to destroy or take over people's lives.

The bible depicts the devil as a fallen angel who betrayed God. the description of this devil closely resembles images and descriptions of the pagan god Pan. it is in Pan's image that evil is portrayed. this demon does not exist. however, a devil could, though no one can be certain
