I hate to be negative but shouldn't you do your own homework or test answers?

to empty a tank just drill a hole in the bottom; it’ll spurt itself!

r = (R^2 - (R - h)^2)^(1/2)
r = (R^2 - (R^2 - 2hR + h^2))^(1/2)
r = (R^2 - R^2 + 2hR - h^2))^(1/2)
r = (2hR - h^2))^(1/2)
A = πr^2 = π(2Rh - h^2)
dV/dh = A = π(2Rh - h^2)
V = π∫(2Rh - h^2)dh
V = πh^2(2R - (1/3)h)
V = (1/3)π(6R - h)h^2
