no socks, unless you're going to be wearing a skirt, in that case you can wear knee-high socks with them. that's a cute style for winter. otherwise, wear them without socks. a pair of skinny jeans, shorts, or a skirt are the best bottoms to wear with them.

Definitely without regular socks, if you feel like you can wear sheer/ silk stockings in your skin color.
