1 You were employed for a reason, to get the work done!
2 People work better in teams, if you do not work well with others you do not work here.
3 The big picture is a nice way to say what is best for us not what is best for you. You work for us, our way our style our rules our agenda. You have nothing to offer outside of what we want.
4 Makes us think you are not just punching in riding the clock and punching out. Also lets us know who you want to back stab in the future. If you aspire to manage it means you do not see the big picture which is to do it our way.
