I decided it would be easier to keep the fry in the tank instead of seperating but is there a breeding trap sold somewhere cheap that would allow me to keep the fry in the same tank to grow up? Or once caught in the trap remove them to a new tank? Im sorry im so new about this fish stuff and Im just excited to have more on the way.ha.

Tons of fish supply websites will have what you are looking for. Just google fish supplies and start looking. I would suggest another tank for your baby fish though. They will do much better that way.

Go to a good Pet shop - not Walmart or any of them.....
You shoul be able to find a nice breeding trap that you can suction-cup-fasten to the inside walls of your mother tank. This way they water will be heated by the existing heater, the adult fish cannot eat the babies and you can observe them all easily.
Good luck

www.ebay.ca (.com) and search for it there. I would highly recomend putting them in a fry tank if possible, since the breeder traps can cause stress to the fry with all the larger fish showing so much interest.
