The "safe days" are the days at least 48 hours ( usually days after ) after you have ovulated. The egg is only viable 24 hrs after ovulation. The sperm can live in your body for up to seven days. While it is unlikely you will get pregnant if you have sex during your safe days, there are no guarantees. Here is a website that will help you to determine your peak fertility days as well as to help you decide when your safe days are occurring:

This website helped me to find my peak day and safe days. If you cannot take the pill or hate condoms, consider a spermicide.........Good luck in your search!

Every woman's cycle is different, and every cycle in the same woman is different. There are no "safe days", not even your period, because that's when I got pregnant. Even if you're not ovulating on the day you have sex, you may ovulate in the next five days (which you can't predict) and the sperm can live inside you that long. If you absolutely cannot get pregnant at this point in your life, get on the pill and have your partners use condoms, because no time is 100% safe. Do it for your own benefit. Best of luck!

Just a heads up, its never safe to have unprotected sex. But, sounds like you would be ovulating around the 11/12th of the month. Its usually 2 weeks after the start of your last period. Don't forget the sperm can live in the woman's body for up to five days so anytime up to ovulation or after. Its your choice.

I don't believe in "safe days". You can get pregnant 365 days of the year. Be careful.

There are days when a woman is less likely to conceive, but you can't always predict when those days may be. They aren't truly safe days.

There is no such thing as safe things. Ovulation days are just the days you are more fertile.
