O.K., the first thing you want to do is rub your palms together to clear and open the chakras in your hands. Then, place your hands in the position you see Egyptians in sometimes with the non-dominant (usually the left) palm facing up and the dominant palm (usually the right) facing down. Place your QLink down on something like a table and then place your right hand directly over it. You then allow the universal energy (Chi) to flow through your left hand, down your arms and chest and then out through your right hand. Do this for at least five to ten minutes and then kind of shake out your hands and wash them. It's pretty easy and straight forward. Now if you are talking about charging a QLink with "personal" power (energy that is created within a person) with a specific purpose attached, this is something someone should read up on extensively and understand the mechanics of before they try it. It's just way to complicated for me to explain here and is essentially a type of magical art.

well, I am not sure about a Q-link bracelet or channelling "energy", but you can transfer your important files and documents onto a USB thumb-drive, which could then be worn around your neck. personally, I have never tried this, but my friend has, and I have done it with my MP3 player, so you should be fine. watch out when you lean over sinks though, the necklaces tend to sag into the water, and water+electronics=bad.

I am a kahuna and I channel energy every day.

You are welcome to read my website http://www.geocities,com/huna101. My website will teach you how to do that and much more.

I also have a blog on Yahoo 360 that has a lot more info.
