How do i get ie to work on my computer i have dial-up i want to get rid of aol and just use ie?

You have to have some method of connecting to the internet. If AOL is it, and you get rid of it, then nothing will work. Once you've logged on to AOL your IE should work. IE is just a browser.

Minimize AOL and just open IE.
Or you could do it the hard(long) way and go through Windows to establish a dial-up connection using AOLs number(since you're a subscriber).

uninstall AOL from your computer :)~
