That's a tough one. But I would say that you are right on with your pick. Though most wrestling fans thought that their SummerSlam '91 appearance was the best, most people overlook the sequel. Both men, especially Mr. Perfect, were in great shape at this time, and they put on a true clinic. So I agree buddy.

While I was never much of a WCW fan, Bret Hart's match with Chris Benoit at Mayhem '99 would probably be my next favorite.

May 7, 1989 - Wrestle War: Ric Flair v.s.Ricky Steamboat for the NWA title in Nashville TN. Ended with Flair being piledriven through a table by one of the three active judges in the match, Terry Funk. The match itself was a clinic.

Mine is Hulk Hogan vs The Ultimate Warrior, at Wrestlemania '90. The Ultimate Warrior eventually scored a huge upset with a clean win over Hogan, becoming the World Champion and Intercontinental champion at the same time. Who says that face vs face cannot be interesting? Who says a clean match without crap like eye rakes, low blows and interference cannot be good? Watch this match and you'll see!

Shawn Michaels and Razor Ramon's ladder match. No need to go into detail there. It was a classic.

My second favorite, HBK vs Kurt Angle. This match was one of those you just had no clue who would win. The crowd was really into, with an oooo and ahhhh with each move. There were too many momentum swings to count and in the end, the crowd was on their feet giving both a standing ovation.

for a wrestling match, Edge is right, Savage vs. Steamboat. A genuine classic match that pitted two WRESTLERS in a grueling match.
For a match that has two monsters that can kick and punch only, Undertaker vs. Mankind in the hell in the cell!
