It's probably mid 80's, early 90's... It's kind of like the show 'The littles', except... funner... And the 'people' live outside in the fields/forest.

If you think you know what show I'm talking about, please answer... Even if you're not sure, please help.. I used to love that show when I was a kid and I just want to know.. lol

Thanks
Heather

Katie T, that's a movie you're thinking of and it's called Fern Gully... lol
Its a really cool movie though. But I'm thinking of something else....

It's about people that look.. human/mouse-ish.. and in one episode a bird carries one of them away, to her nest and.. thats all i really remember besides in another episode, two of the 'kids' are talking to their grandpa(i think) and hes telling them about how their parents died.. i think it had something to do with a rock.. lol

any help is appriciated.. thanks!!!!

In English it means: Cheerful Dwarves of the Forest: Belfy and Lillabit.

In the USA The Littl' Bits appeared in 1991 on Nickelodeon's Nick JR. Lineup.

The dwarf-like characters that lived in the town of Foothill Forrest included: Lillabit, Williebit, Snoozabit, Browniebit, Snagglebit, and the elder dwarf, Elderbit.

Doesn’t sound familiar. The best thing I can suggest is to go to Toonopedia and look through their listings. The have lot s of toons listed, and you might see a name or title that you will remember. Then check their article entry for it to see if it’s the right one. Good luck!

If elusive_001 doesn't have it, I would have to say, though there are differences and this is a movie, not a TV show, that there are some elements found in the Secret of N.I.M.H. in your description. But then, some pretty big differences too. I'm betting elusive_001 got it.
