When ever unknown problems like this occur, carryout system restore. Restore the PC to a day previous to the day when there was no virus or any problems. It may be a few weeks or months back. You have to decide the date. It is easier and mostly your problems will be solved.. If you want to know an effective procedure for system restore please visit the following site.

After successfull repairs select a standard antivirus and an anti spyware and install in your PC so that the problem does not occur again.
You can get free/paid antivirus at http://jskproducts.co.uk/antivirus.htm
Select and install a suitable anti spy ware from the following link .

Run a full virusscan in Safe Mode.
Hopefully you will get a message that the virus was caught and quarantined or whatever.
Then, Restart.

Let's hope everything loads properly. From now on, don't share your computer, don't let anyone insert a flashdrive, don't open e-mail from anyone you don't trust, just be careful. There are a lot of losers out there who have nothing better to do than make life miserable for the rest of us.

I can suggest one way otherwise you will need a rescue disk.
Get your old Windows XP disk or Windows 98 (There're quite similar when it comes to Formating).press DELETE when the computer starts up to enter the Setup Menu, Select BIOS SETTINGS, then look for Boot Sequence and press + or Left until it says CD-ROM.
Now Save the changes by pressing ESCAPE and Select SAVE AND EXIT. Now put your disk in and it will say "BOOT FROM ATAPI CD ROM" then the install will start: Select Install Windows XP, and it should ask you if you want to format your harddrive, Select your Harddrive and Format it To FAT32 Format. Now follow the prompts to install your new OS.
E-Mail me if this dosent work devosbi@hotmail.com and i can help you with more detail

Its hard to understand your exact question with so many misspellings, but I think what you want to do is, get into the bios, usually by hitting the "delete" key during boot up. then pick the order of boot devices, chose CD, not floppy or hard drive. Then follow the instructions. Its pretty simple, but takes a while to format. It sure makes it easier since you have no data to worry about.
