What you do is get the Haynes Repair Manual for your Year and model of vehicle at Auto Zone, or another automotive repair shop. The manual will show you what and how to do the repairs.

Then if the truck comes with different suspension it will show that too. Also, get your VIN number and then go to the dealer and with the number it would show the for example the color and what came with it. I am not familiar with the Z85 suspension. But the Hanyes should tell you what you have in it.

For Your Info. The different OPTIONs for your truck. Seems the z85 was standard for the 2007 Colorado.

Check the options label (usually in the glove box on trucks). It will be a white label with a bunch of 3 digit letter and number codes on it. While you may just see the "Z85" code on it you can just call a local Chevy dealer's parts dept. and ask them to tell you which code to look for on the label that corresponds to the suspension type.
