My HW is to find articles that can somehow relate to the 10 amendments..Like, if someone has a new trial that has to do woth the 4th amendment or something like that..Know any similar articles?

The II Amendment is right now in the news.
Mayor of NY Bloomberg is stepping on the toes
of the ATF trying to pass laws and enlisting mayor's from other States, that encroach on the right of honest people to keep and bare arms. It would be no problem, if his efforts were directed at the criminal element. But they are not! They are directed at the honest law abiding lic'ed gun owners. He is now under investigation by the Attorney General and the ATF. I hope they come down on him like a brick house!
