Best buy signed me up on the wrong plan and i've emailed and called amp'd customer service many times since november and still hasn't been fixed... anyone else have amp'd and having so many problems? the signal is great and free texting is awesome but the customer service is horrible.. anyone else have problems with them? did it get resolved? What did you end up having to do? I'm still waiting on my 4th call back promiss from billing

i would go back to best buy and have them call the customer service because it was their fault
