im a lady 22 yrs of age.. hoping to give hubby a gift who is 24 yrs of age..

As a guy I'd like my girl to buy me nothing, most of the time I like when she do things herself (well sometimes a gift is OK).
You can prepare a romantic dinner(unless he already planned to take you out), get your hair done, a nice dress, perfume, to play yours favorite cd, like when you were just dating. Or as many already said, to prepare his favorite dessert, or food, something very sweet and original.
Once my girl gave me a very sweet love letter (I loved it). You can do something like that, to tell him how special is he for you, and how proud are you of him, to tell him all the things you like or think about him but normally don't say, etc, etc.

How about a cake baked in a heart shaped cake pan?
For a double layer cake, get 2 pans that are heart shaped.
They can be found in some grocery stores and I know for a fact that Michael's arts & crafts carry them.
You can also decorate the top with little heart shaped sprinkles. Most grocery stores sell those as well.

heart shaped biscuits
Cook your loved one dinner , entree main and desert with a lovley bottle of wine or champayne.
These are all things fromthe heart and most are inexpensive and its is great fun to do >
