how do i get rated for a best answer?

or how do i rate other peoples best answer...can i do that? im new to this stuff

When you ask a question, you get to vote for the best answer later on (at least 4 hours later).

You can also go to the section called Vote Undecided and vote for best answers to questions that have not been resolved yet.

I'm glad you asked. Look up questions that are "In Voting" and
vote for the best answer. Just as important, submit a "thumbs
up" rating for all good answers that you read.

If you put thought into your answer and consider what the asker
of the question is looking for, and this will be your best chance
at receiving the best answer. See the help link in the top right.

yes you can rate people's answer of your questions! Once your question has been posted for at least 4 hours, you can: Choose the best answer: Click "Choose as Best Answer" then you rate this answers from 1 to 5 stars then you can also enter comment why you choosed his answer as the best then click okay...

If you ask the question, you rate the answers. You choose the best answer, and they are rated ten points. If you are answering a question, the asker may choose your answer as the best, therefore earning you ten points!

You'll notice that after I answer this there is a big blue box which says 'vote as best answer'.
If you don't choose it, someone else will.
You can also choose a best answer by clicking on 'undecided questions'.

if you've asked the question, you can rate best answer for the answer you like the best by clicking "choose as best answer" next to everyones answers. and in order for you to GET best answer you gotta give a good answer to someone elses question. i hope that makes sense. ; ) peace owt!

oh and also, you can only choose a best answer to your question after its been posted for about 4 hours. ; )

the asker chooses..if they don't it goes into voting. Just go in and vote in undecided
