Honestly, they said they found no pills in her stomach or blood. SO here is my theory.
To my knowledge trimspa is a newer diet pill, whose long term effects have yet to totally be evaluated.
Anna was a abnormal case, she obviously used high doses as well as irregular excersise.
Not only did she lose 70 pounds in 3 months, (somewhat unhealthy by the by) but she was using this new "pill."
In my opinion, something in trimspa, when taken at higher levels, can cause a health risk. Said risk again, not forcasted due to the freshness of the drug. Though she has been done with trimspa for a while, it could have taken this long for said side effect to become apparent. This same side effect could be shown in regular users, such as frequent headaches, chest pains etc... but when taking higher doses, could have caused a trauma or similar effect.

At this point the public doesn't have a clue. But the things you mentioned are factors that must be considered. Seeing that she went from buxom & sort of over weight to very thin in such a short time. I would put my money on a combination of a drug over dose and complications from loosing all that weight so quickly, and an immune system deficecny. There was no clear cut info on her mental state prior to her death, so suicide is still up in the air, but that could very well be.
She and her idol Marilyn, are living proof, ( no pun intended) that beauty, money, and fame are not the the key ingredients to happiness. In fact they may have lead to their demise. No matter how they died, I feel great remorse for both of these women.

Anna Nicole Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, Florida just after 2pm after she collapsed at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. She was found unresponsive in her hotel room and CPR was performed on her and a breathing apparatus was inserted into her throat. Local streets were closed off to rush her to the hospital and paramedics were seen pumping her chest as she was taken to the hospital. UPDATE:Anna Nicole Smith is officially dead at the age of 39. According to police reports, she was already dead when she was found in her hotel room.
