hmmm-when has the future been well lit? It always has been rather foggy for me.
Personally I dont believe time travel is possible or else there would have been folks from the future with us now

Time travel is impossible.
If one were to assume, it's possible, but we haven't learned yet, then the people in the future would have come back and visited us and we would know it.
But the people of the futrueare supposed to keep secret from the past (us). Some would tell us anyway.
Since we have never been visited from the future, then time travel is impossible.
However, if I'm wrong, I'd like 2 things:
1. Send me back to the day before I married that Beyotch so I can talk some sense into myself.
2. Get some birth control pills to my girlfriend 10 years ago.

Faster than the speed of light but not removing light. I think it means that the future will be even farther ahead because the earth would rotate faster than normal. It is food for thought. Good question.

No. We are moving through time right now. We are simply going forward. The theory is that if you move faster than the speed of light, time for you, reverses. Of course, you also become infinitely dense and your cells would likely implode under their own mass.
Not exactly the future, not exactly dark but painful nevertheless.

I don't think that You actually travel through time when at faster then light. I think that electrons in your molecules slow down because they may one day be found to have a set natural speed through a frame of reference, and that time only "appears" to speed up. And of course once a journey is complete there is no going back to the time You remember coming from....

Time travel does not mean going faster than the speed of light. If we travel through time it is because we found a hole in the time continuum.

No, it should mean that the past is dark (traveling faster than light causes one to move backwards in time).
