Probably because the baby is not his.
Here is my problem....He's not the great "Howard Stern'' the King of All Media
He is Howard K. Stern Lawyer in Southern California.
The real Howard stern has more talent in his morning pee than than Mr. K . Stern
Normally this stuff doesn't bother me but there are alot of people (especially outside of the U.S.) who think this is the same person.
It was annoying over the weekend, but then today I am listening to the real Howard Stern Show and he is complaining about all the mail he is getting from people well wishing and sending condolences when he is not even Howard K. Stern.
One time Howard Stern had Anna Nicole as a guest and she brought Howard K in and he was really annoying on the show. Howard even jokes that he should trademark his name because of this Howard K. Stern guy.

It's a toss-up at this point. More possibilities come out every day now. Could it be Zsa Zsa Gabor's husbands baby, that Birkhead guys, Howard Stern's child, or the frozen sperm of the old oil man that was Anna's husband. How many more men are out there? I think the baby has the right to know who her father is, so why hasn't a D.N.A. test been done? Hmmmmm? I wonder if Anna even knew for sure. Seems mighty strange to me.

I feel so sorry for the baby, she like her mother may never be able to trust anyone in her life.

I guess because he thinks he should not have to prove to the world that it is his baby. (if it is, i don't know)
