Years ago i had a friend who every time you turned on his computer it ran a couple of sound files from Star Trek.
also when you activted some programs it would run sound files.
I would love to install "shall we play a game" into as my desktop opens. from "Wargames".
how do you set that up? i'm sure i could find the sound byte just need to know how to set it up.

i know where i can probably get the byte just need to know how to load it.

when i try to apply the sound bites it still plays the basic sound alerts.. i am trying to put "You have a new message" from 2001 on my email alert.

CONTROL PANEL
SOUNDS & AUDIO DEVICES
Click on SOUNDS TAB
BTW, I wouldn't mind having the "shall we play a game" soundlclip myself......
