Comcast is a great high quality high speed internet that deliever a good bandwith. In exchange, they offer a fixed moderate price per month.
AT&T does it the opposite by delivering less bandwith for less price. AT&T is not bad but they do splits many bandwiths because of the less bandwith.
Regarding to Massureforhire's post, the price is very expensive and are not recommended to people who are lower income class. The normal service run about $60 a month.

AT&T is definitely the best.It is priced right which is alot less than Comcast and very easy to install.

my girl has comcast and it sucks i've got cox internet and it sucks really bad and they mess the bill up EVERY month and the employee's are non english speakin idiots and the supervisors are always in "meetings" and a 24 hour call back means call us back not us call you haha... f'ers
