Why do you want to take them? Apple cider vinegar pills help to de-acidize your system. I have also heard that they are suppose to help you lose weight, though if you are in sports, I can't fathom why you would want to take these. You can get the same results from drinking a six ounce glass of water with 2 Tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar in it. You would do this once a day, in the morning on an empty stomach. You can add 1 teaspoon of honey to make it more palatable if you want.

You can get the pills through any whole food, or natural food store source.

I prefer the liquid form. Just go the grocery store and there it is. Take 2 tbls. acv in a glass of water 2 x day. Has 93 vitamins and minerals. ACV is never bad for you. Its so good. Hair and nails will grow like super long, super fast. Some people are narrow minder. I t DOES work. It is the only supplement that has made my hair grow. Multivitamins have done nothing. Hair and nails would grow a little bit, then break off. How can 93 vitamins and minerals be bad or not work?
