this is only some i cut and paste

If a jury is seated May 15, as scheduled, to decide whether 10-year-old Casey Harmeier committed the crime of attempting to send a false fire alarm, here is some of the evidence jurors are likely to hear.

Casey is a good student, making A's and B's.

According to his father, he has never been in trouble, either at Tomball ISD's Beckendorf Intermediate School or previously at Tomball Elementary School.

When I asked district spokesman Stacy Stanfield to confirm that, she said, “Student records are confidential. I am told he is a good student.”

Teacher: ‘He's a great kid’
He was called to the principal's office last year — to receive the “citizen-of-the-month award.”

It starts with pulling a fire alarm, next car theft, next bank robbery, next drug dealing, better to stop it before it gets out of control.

What was the question? Is life fair? Nope. WIll a stint in jail make him change his "evil" ways? Hard to believe.

I can only guess that it may have been one of two things.

1. He is smart so he must be a nerd. Nerds are always being picked on by the jocks/bullies of the school. it is possible that the fire alarm was pulled by the bullies and he was set up take the fall.

2. He really pulled the fire alarm because school is soooooo boring. he wanted to see and hear something diferent that day.

Children are children and being naughty in their early days in planet of apes.
Just get the school principal to give them a few stripes on their backside that they will never foget and will not do it ever again in planet of apes
Why throw them in the slammer and make them living in misery in planet of apes.
All the want is just to have some fun and not a serious crime when it was just a prank in planet of apes.

i think of he could have been startled. little ones that age can't extremely understand the belief-approximately a fireplace alarm and that they could't distinguish any development while it is going off. till he shows different indications of listening to problems i would not be too in touch. do exactly no longer play any movies approximately hearth alarms.
